Tony (Thomas K.) Brown - Executive Board Director
Mr. Brown retired as Senior Vice President of Ford Motor Company. Mr. Brown became Ford's group Vice President of Global Purchasing in 2008 with responsibility for approximately $90Bn of production and
non-production procurement for Ford operations worldwide.He joined Ford in 1999 from United Technologies Corp. where he was Vice President of Supply Management. Mr. Brown served on several nonprofit boards, including business for Social Responsibility, Chairman of the Board for the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council and the American Red Cross.
He currently serves on the executive advisory boards of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Detroit, and Focus: HOPE, and the chairman of Michigan Disabled Veterans Roundtable. Mr. Brown has been honored by Rainbow/PUSH with the “Keep Hope Alive” award, and by the National Action Network as a recipient of the “Keeper of the Dream” award
John Calabrese - Executive Board Director
Mr. Calabrese has spent his entire professional life with General Motors and brings over 35 years of experience in the global automotive sector. He has played several global roles across engineering, product development, quality, purchasing, and strategy. Mr. Calabrese has lead engineering teams across five continents and was the member of the Supervisory Board for Opel Europe and has driven coordinated engineering and manufacturing launch strategies for global vehicle programs. Among the several leadership roles that Mr. Calabrese played, he was on the Board Directors of two China Joint Ventures for General Motors. More recently, Mr. Calabrese was the Vice President, Global Vehicle Engineering, and President of GM, Global Technology Operations, where he led over 16,000 engineers across 5 continents with an annual budget of $4Bn.
Mr. Calabrese is a Mechanical Engineer from Illinois Institute of Technology. He has obtained his Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and he is also a Six Sigma Black belt.
Esam Alnasery - Executive Board Director
Mr. Alnasery brings over 32 years of experience in the areas of sourcing, supply chain, merchandising,
supplier development, integration, advanced purchasing, and logistics. Mr. Alnasery was the Vice
President of Global Sourcing at Wal-Mart International. While at Wal-Mart, Mr. Alnasery designed &
implemented lasting best-practice processes at regional and global levels driving performance from
suppliers, buyers, and corporate procurement groups.
His expertise in procurement and supply-chain assists companies in optimizing organization, processes
and methodologies for direct, indirect, raw material and transportation purchasing on both a regional and

Chain & Logistics (GPSC) group. His strategies and methods at GM drove adoption of best practices,

Richard Christman - Chairman
Mr. Christman is a success driven senior business executive with a proven track record of providing strategic vision and implementing strategies that have achieved revenue, profit, and market performance through optimizing people, processes, and systems.
He is intensely focused on delivering value-added solutions to key customers world-wide by leveraging technology innovation and capitalizing on market opportunities. Having completed his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, Indiana, he began his career as a design engineer for the Ford Motor Company. Upon obtaining his MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Michigan he joined Case Corporation in their strategic planning group.
Over his 30 year career with Case/CNH Global, he held several senior positions including Sr. VP Europe, Sr. VP Parts, Sr. VP Product Management & Business Development, President Worldwide Case IH, President NA Agricultural Business and Chief Commercial Governance and Supply Chain Officer. Mr. Christman then became Chief Executive Ofcer (CEO) of GSI in 2005. Upon the sale of GSI, he became an Executive Partner at Giant Partners which specializes in the development of Growth Strategies. In January 2008, he became the Chairman of Caresoft Global.
He has served as the Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM). Currently, he is a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Carthage College and is also currently serving on the Strategic Planning and Small Enterprise steering committees for AEM.
Dr. Manickam Mahalingam - Vice Chairman
Dr. Manickam is the Chairman of Sakthi Group and Vice Chairman of Caresoft Global. He joined his visionary father Dr. N. Mahalingam, an industrialist and philanthropist, in the business and very soon changed his father's ambitions into reality. Dr. Manickam has been instrumental in developing and expanding the ABT Group to a $2 billion conglomerate, through several advancements and acquisitions. The ABT-Sakthi group has several manufacturing plants across India, China, Europe, and Americas.
He has successfully expanded the groups businesses into Sugars, Soya, Textiles, Auto Components,
Education and Finance, with the global presence in over 12 countries.
Dr. Manickam served as the President of the South Indian Sugar Mills Association (SISMA –Tamil
Nadu) during the years 1993-94, 1994-95 and 2006-07; President of the Indian Sugar Mills
Association (ISMA), New Delhi during 1996-97, and President of the Sugar Technologists' of India
(STAI) from 2000-2002.
