Richard Christman - Chairman
Mr. Christman is a success driven senior business executive with a proven track record of providing strategic vision and implementing strategies that have achieved revenue, profit, and market performance through optimizing people, processes, and systems.
He is intensely focused on delivering value-added solutions to key customers world-wide by leveraging technology innovation and capitalizing on market opportunities. Having completed his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, Indiana, he began his career as a design engineer for the Ford Motor Company. Upon obtaining his MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Michigan he joined Case Corporation in their strategic planning group.
Over his 30 year career with Case/CNH Global, he held several senior positions including Sr. VP Europe, Sr. VP Parts, Sr. VP Product Management & Business Development, President Worldwide Case IH, President NA Agricultural Business and Chief Commercial Governance and Supply Chain Officer. Mr. Christman then became Chief Executive Ofcer (CEO) of GSI in 2005. Upon the sale of GSI, he became an Executive Partner at Giant Partners which specializes in the development of Growth Strategies. In January 2008, he became the Chairman of Caresoft Global.
He has served as the Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM). Currently, he is a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Carthage College and is also currently serving on the Strategic Planning and Small Enterprise steering committees for AEM.
Mathew Vachaparampil - President and CEO
Mathew Vachaparampil grew up in an entrepreneurial family in India. He completed his Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Madras and completed Masters in Industrial Engineering at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor .
Upon completing his MS in 1993, he commenced his career with Case New Holland (CNH) in the Management Leadership program. During his long tenure in the Farm Equipment industry, Mathew has worked in roles across Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Parts and Service and Business Process Outsourcing.
He has traveled extensively across the globe as part of his sales career and speaks six different languages. In recognition of his results and leadership potential, Mathew was sponsored to pursue MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago. After several great years with CNHi, Mathew joined Caresoft Global.
Mathew's global experience, credibility and his ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels has helped Caresoft achieve significant milestones and emerge as a preferred Engineering and IT services supplier for several global customers.
Terry J. Woychowski - EVP
Terry Woychowski began his career with General Motors immediately upon graduation from Michigan Technological University (MTU) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1978. Terry had a very active and successful career at GM, where he served for 12 years as the Full-Size Truck Vehicle Chief Engineer, a product that won numerous prestigious industry awards. He went on to serve as the Global Vice President of Program Management, responsible for the program management Vehicle Line Executives and Vehicle Chief Engineers of all GM programs around the world, and later became the Global Vice President of Quality and Vehicle Launch.
He retired from General Motors in 2012, where he later accepted the position as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Quality at American Axle and Manufacturing. He is currently the VP of Advanced Technology Development at LINK Engineering Company in Plymouth Michigan.
During his career, Terry has served on many boards including SGM in China, The Engineer Society of Detroit where he served as President. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of MTU. He is a lifetime trustee of the Rackham Foundation
Terry has participated in several humanitarian missions to Albania and Kosovo following the Kosovo war and to Haiti following the devastating Earthquake there. Terry’s family charitable organization sponsored two MTU Senior Design Capstone projects to develop human powered grain mills that were built and deployed in sub-Saharan regions of Africa.
Terry helped organize and execute an Advanced Propulsion training program at MTU to help retrain displaced engineers during the recession which was broadcast remotely to the Detroit area during this difficult time. Terry was the first recipient of the Michigan Tech Alumni Humanitarian Award in 2011 and he was inducted into the Academy of Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Mechanics in 2007.
Terry attended the Duke University Fuqua School of Business Advanced Management Program and was presented with an Honorary Doctor of Business Management Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2003.
At Caresoft, Terry plays a strategic role in growing customer relationships, next-gen solutions and being a mentor to the global leadership.
Richard Ambadipudi - CTO
Richard comes with an extensive experience of over 17 years in varied industries. He was instrumental in setting up of Off-shore Development / Design Centers for many OEM's globally through the various organizations that he was associated with.
Richard started working with Caresoft since its inception and plays an integral role in the growth of Caresoft across competencies and geographies worldwide with both new and existing strategic customers.
Currently, Richard heads global technology, innovation and strategy. He brings in a wealth of experience in the outsourcing of automotive, agricultural and construction equipment, heavy engineering and information technology sectors. Richard maintains key customer relationships for Caresoft and helps drive strategy for Customers by devising solutions that bring in efficiency and cost saving by using the products and services offered by Caresoft.
Arjun Nagendra - VP, Global Operations
Mr. Arjun Nagendra completed his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore, Karnataka, India and started his career in 1992. He has worked in the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors at organizations such as Visteon Automotive Systems and Delphi Automotive Systems over 13 years.
His role in manufacturing revolved around areas such as manufacturing costing, manufacturing planning, process design, manufacturing documentation, interfacing with suppliers, development of machinery and tooling and setting up of new product lines with exposure to lean manufacturing and fundamental Quality Engineering of the automotive industry.
Using his deep rooted experience in core manufacturing, Arjun moved into Manufacturing Engineering services and later, also handled BPO processes around procurement and other domains for the past 14 years. While expanding his domain knowledge and engineering skills, Arjun also gained a good understanding of business finance and its drivers in the service industry.
This helped him move rapidly into a leadership role as Vice President in a leading IT Services company where he was responsible for the service delivery and also focused on providing solutions in the Engineering domain, Procure to Pay (P2P) BPO functions. He also had a brief stint at Cognizant Technology Solutions before joining Caresoft.
Currently, Arjun is the Vice President of Global Operations at Caresoft. He drives operations strategy for Caresoft and provides leadership in establishing and sustaining delivery excellence for global customers. In addition, Arjun drives several strategic initiatives which strengthen Caresoft's internal controls and business processes which have an impact on both customers and the enterprise.
Kalyan Nagarajan - VP Sales, Europe
Kalyan is a Mechanical Engineer with over 16 years of experience in diverse segments such as Business & Quality Consulting, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, Engineering Services – Design, Manufacturing, Quality and After sales, BPO processes (Voice/Non-voice).
He is a Master Black Belt (Lean Six Sigma) with hands-on experience in implementing these methodologies in various businesses, from Automotive OEMs, Tier-1s to Process industries and Services. He is also well versed in quality management system standards. He has done his MBA from INSEAD.
Kalyan joined us during our first big leap in 2010 and has been instrumental in managing all operations in Europe, establishing key partnerships and driving sales ever since. Under his leadership, Caresoft grew immensely both organically and in-organically while expanding our reach into different domains and markets within Europe.
He understands Caresoft services very well (across all domains) and with his wealth of experience in Engineering Services business, supported by Lean Six Sigma Consulting experience and solution mindset, he is able to articulate the customer requirements in a better way and propose customized yet a well-integrated solution satisfying the business objectives.
He has lead major global projects executed for one of our key customers and is a trusted resource for managing complex global deployments.
In his current role, he is now helping us to diversify our portfolio further in EU expanding from existing customer base and is managing all our EU operations including key customer relationships.
