In Memoriam: Ravi Pandit, Founder and Chairman, KPIT Technologies

We at Caresoft Global join the global automotive and technology community in mourning the passing of Mr. Ravi Pandit, Founder and Chairman of the Board of KPIT Technologies, who left us on the morning of 8th May 2026.

We were deeply privileged to have interacted with Mr. Pandit during our partnership with KPIT. What struck us most in those interactions was the clarity of his thinking, the breadth and depth of his curiosity, and the quiet humility with which he asked questions and shared his perspectives.

We were truly honored by his wisdom, his grounded vision, and his deep interest in new technologies. It is rare to encounter a leader who makes you feel both inspired and humbled in equal measure. Mr. Pandit was that kind of person.

Through his work, Mr. Pandit touched countless people and institutions across the globe, and the extraordinary tributes that poured in speak volumes about what he meant to each one of them. A builder of institutions, a mentor to generations, and a visionary who combined business purpose with human purpose in a way few leaders ever do.

At Caresoft, we extend our deepest condolences to his family, to the entire KPIT family, and to all whose lives he shaped. We will continue to draw inspiration from his life of purpose, leadership and impact.
