Responsibilities:

– Determine standard operation/procedure times using CAD models.

– Develop labor estimates for standard operations.

– Collaborate with engineers and managers to create, review, and document work instructions.

– Participate in discussions with engineers/managers on process improvements, Kaizens, or PIRs.

– Participate in supplier audits, ensuring non conformities and corrective/preventive actions are addressed to achieve supplier conformity.

– Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, quality, suppliers) to ensure part quality meets stakeholder requirements.

– Create standard work instructions, perform data analysis, and provide production support as required.

– Support PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) for designated parts from various suppliers.

 

Qualifications:

– Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or foreign equivalent) with at least 24 months of relevant experience.

– Experience as an Industrial Engineer or Project Coordinator is acceptable.
